UPSC CMS Upcoming Notification 2019 Application Form, Syllabus, Ques Paper:
The UPSC will be getting ready to announce the CMS Common Medical Service Notification 2019 session will be announced on 10.04.2019 through the official website so, all students of UPSC whose are much awaited for UPSC Medical Service application from 10.04.2019 to 06.05.2019 update on official website.
The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), candidates likely to appear in the forthcoming Combined Medical Services (CMS) Examination 2019 would be able to commence w.e.f. the 10th April 2019 onward downloading of their respective e-Certificates for the Computer Based Online Test scheduled shall be conducting on the 21st July 2019 across the country.
Final Selection to the Posts notified by the Union Public Service Commission shall be strictly in order of All India Merit List drawn up based on the candidates’ performance and Aggregate Marks both in Paper I (Computer Based Online Test) and Paper II (Personality Test). Paper I carries Maximum 500 Marks and Personal Interview carries 100 Marks for recruitment to the Posts notified in the Tabular Format.

Age Limit (As On 01.01.2019):
The Candidates belonging to General Category should not exceed 32 Years of Age.
Relaxation in Upper Age Limits to the candidates belonging to Reserved Categories.
The candidate should have qualified / passed the written and practical parts of the final Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.
A candidate who has appeared or has yet to appear in the Final Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) Examination may also apply
A candidate who has yet to complete the compulsory Rotating Internship is Educationally Eligible for Admission. (For details, the candidates are advised to carefully read the Union Public Service Commission Advertisement in this regard).

There shall be Penalty (Negative Marking) for Wrong Answers marked by a candidate in the Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Test (OMRWT) comprising the Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions.
There would be penalty (Negative Marking) for wrong answers marked by a candidate in the Objective Type Question Papers comprising the Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type.
There are Four (04) alternatives for a Correct Answer to every Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions. For each Multiple Choice Questions for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate, one- third (1/3rd) or (0.33) of the Marks assigned to that Objective Type of Questions will be deducted as Penalty.
If a candidate gives more than one answer, then it shall be treated as a wrong answer; even if one of the given answers happens to be correct, there will be the same Penalty as above for that Multiple Choice Questions.
If a Multiple Choice Questions is left blank, i.e., no answer is given by the candidate, and then there would be no Penalty for that Multiple Choice Questions.
The Candidates are not permitted to use the Calculators for answering the Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions. They should, therefore, not bring the same inside the Examination Hall.
