Taking cognizance of the Upcoming Recruitment to the Post of Civil Judge Cadre against 86 Vacancies, We look forward to the Office of the Registrar (Examination) to Release Official Notification in April 2018 in respect of Recruitment to the Post of Civil Judge Cadre (Direct Recruitment) 2018.
The Candidates meeting with the Eligibility Criteria shall be able to Apply Online following the Instructions for Online Registration.

The Candidates Fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria shall be Able to Apply Online followed by Official Notification and in compliance with the Instructions mentioned in the Notification.
Age Limitation (As Per the Cut-off Date):
Un-Reserved Candidate should have Obtained Minimum 23 Years and Must not Exceed Maximum 35 Years.
Relaxation in Upper Age Limitations for Reserved Candidates.
The Candidate shall be Eligible for Recruitment to the Civil Judge Cadre Service unless He / She holds a Bachelor’s Degree, i.e., Bachelor of Legislative Laws (LL.B.) (Professional) Awarded by any University established by Law in india and Recognized as such under the Advocates Act, 1961)
Knowledge of Devanagari Script / Rajasthan Dialects and Social Customs of Rajasthan.
Procedure for Selection:
Recruitment to the Post of the Civil Judge Cadre shall be based on Merit Determined taking into consideration the Candidates’ Performance in the Civil Judge Cadre (Preliminary) Examination 2018 – 19 for Maximum 100 Marks followed by the Main Written Examination for Maximum 300 Marks followed by Personal Interview for 35 Marks.

The Candidates having Secured the Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks in each Paper and in Aggregate shall be Shortlisted for Personal Interview.

Reserved Candidates: 30% in each Law Paper and 35% Marks in Aggregate to be considered Eligible for Interview.

Only Candidates Shortlisted in the Main Written Examination with the Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks shall be called for Personal Interview.
No Candidate shall be Recommended for Appointment, who fails to obtain Minimum 25% Marks in the Interview.
Recommendation of a Candidate for Appointment shall be subject to Amendments in Rule 24 of Rajasthan Judicial Service (RJS) Rules, 2010, if any, before the Interview.
After Interview, A List of the Candidates shall be prepared in the order of their respective Performance on the basis of their Aggregate Marks obtained in both Optical Mark-up Recognition Based Written Examination and Personal Interview.
Methodology for Resolving TIE:
If Two or more of such Candidates obtain Equal Marks in the Aggregate, they shall be Arranged in order of Merit on the basis of their respective General Suitability for Service and their Names shall be Recommended for Appointment accordingly.
The General Suitability for Service of the Candidates securing Equal Aggregate Marks in Main Examination and Interview shall Firstly be Determined on the basis of the Higher Marks obtained in the Interview and in case the Candidates secure Equal Marks even in Interview the Merit shall be determined having regard to Age, i.e., the Candidate, Senior / Older in Age shall be given Higher Place in Merit.
Provided that any Candidate of Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes Category shall not be Recommended for Appointment unless he / she obtains Minimum 35% Marks in Aggregate of the OMR Based Written Examination and the Interview, and, in the case of other Candidates, unless he / she obtains Minimum 40% Marks in Aggregate of the Optical Mark-up Recognition Based Written Examination and the Personal Interview.
Provided further that No Candidate shall be Recommended for Appointment, who fails to obtain Minimum 25% Marks in the Interview.
Examination Fee (In case not Revised):
Un-Reserved / Other Backward Classes (Creamy Layer) / Socio-Economically Backward Class / Specially Backward Class and All Category Candidates from other Union Territories / States of India: ₹ 850/-
Reserved Candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes (NCL) / Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe: ₹ 550/-.
