Gujarat SET Result 2018 Download Expected Cut off Marks:
Taking cognizance of Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara conducted Gujarat State Eligibility Test (GSET) 2018 in 23 Subjects, we anticipate the State Nodal Agency Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda to announce in October 2018 the Result for Gujarat SET 2018. Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda will declare the Results for Gujarat SET 2018 only post publishing the Final Answers Key to GSET 2018.

Top 6% of the GSET Participating Candidates, who appear in all Three Papers and secure Minimum 40% of the Aggregate Marks for Un-Reserved / General Candidates in Paper I & Paper II and 50% Marks in Paper III, in case of Other Backward Classes and Socio-Economically Backward Class (Non-Creamy Layer) at least 35% of the Aggregate Marks in Paper I & Paper II and 45% Marks in Paper III as well as Other Backward Classes (NCL) and for Reserved Category Candidates belonging to Persons with Disabilities / Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe Categories, 35% of the Aggregate Marks in Paper I & Paper II and 40% Marks in Paper III will be declared Qualified for Eligibility for Assistant Professor by following the Reservation Policy of the Government of Gujarat State.
Procedure and Criteria for Declaration of the Gujarat SET 2018 Result
The University Grants Commission determined the Minimum Qualifying Marks for the Candidates to be considered Eligible for being awarded Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Assistant Professor is as hereunder:

GSET UGC State Level Eligibility Test 2018:
Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara shall upload before the 9th of September 2018 on the Official Website the Provisional Answers Key in order of Set A, Set B, Set C & Set D for Paper I, Paper II and Paper III seeking the Candidates’ Representation challenging / contesting the Modal Answers Key to Gujarat State Eligibility Test organized State-wide.

Gujarat State Eligibility Test 2018:
|Step I||It is mandatory for the Candidates appeared in the State Eligibility Test to secure the Minimum Qualifying Marks to be considered Junior Research Fellowship And Eligibility for Assistant Professor as herein above.|
|Step II||Amongst those Candidates who have cleared Step I, Merit List would be drawn up (Subject-wise and Category-wise) by using the Aggregate Marks secured by the candidates in the above Three Papers.|
|Step III||Top 15% Candidates (for each Subject and Category), from the Merit List mentioned under Step II shall be declared State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) for Junior Research Fellowship And Eligibility for Assistant Professor only.|
|Step IV||Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara would draw up a Separate Merit List for awarding the Junior Research Fellowship to the candidates from amongst the NET Qualified Candidates figuring in the Merit List under Step III.|
|Furthermore, Gujarat State Eligibility Test makes the aforestated Qualifying Criteria FINAL & BINDING on the Candidates.|
