Federal Bank Officer (Scale-I) Competitive Written Examination 2017 Result:
Federal Bank (Fed Bank) shall announce within Two Weeks of the Online Assessment Test 2017 the Result for the Objective Type Competitive Written Examination for 150 Marks (for 150 Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions) for the Online Assessment Test scheduled to be on conducted on the 24th of September 2017 for Recruitment to the Posts of Officers (Scale-I). The Online Assessment for the Posts of Officer (Scale-I) carrying 150 Marks consists of 06 Sections.
Federal Bank PO Post Result 2017
Federal Bank will conduct on the 26th of September 2017 the Online Assessment Test for 90 Marks for Equivalent 90 Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type for Recruitment to the Post of Clerk. The Online Assessment for the Posts of Clerks carrying 90 Marks consists of 06 Sections.
Federal Bank will declare the Results for the Online Assessment Examination for Officers (Scale-I), which shall be uploaded on the Fed Bank Website.
Fed Bank Officer (Scale – I) Examination– Expected Cut-Off Marks
Federal Bank (FB) will determine the Expected Cut-Off Marks to shortlist the Candidates in the Computer Based Recruitment Test. Federal Bank will fix the Minimum Qualifying Marks to be obtained by the Candidates in each Section. The Candidates having secured the Minimum Qualifying Marks will be called for the subsequent Group Discussion and Personal Interview for Final Selection to the Post of Officers (Scale-I). Federal Bank will declare the Result based on the Minimum Qualifying Marks / Minimum Percentile Marks obtained by them in each Section and in Aggregate of the Online Assessment Test.
Mode of Selection:
Selection shall be based on Online Aptitude Test, Group Discussion and Personal Interview or any other Mode of Selection to be decided by the Bank. The Online Aptitude Test will be followed by a Psychometric Questionnaire for Maximum Duration of 20 Minutes. The Process would be conducted in various Centers depending upon the number of the Candidates.
Only the Shortlisted Candidates shall be called for Second Phase of Selection Process consisting of Group Discussion (GD) & Personal Interview (PI). The Shortlisting of the Candidates will be made on the basis of the Candidate’s Performance in the Online Aptitude Test. The Bank reserves the Right to call only the requisite number of Candidates for Group Discussion & Personal Interview, after Shortlisting as aforesaid.
Final Selection of the candidates to the Post shall be on the Candidates’ Performance and Marks in a Personal Interview / Viva-voce by aggregating the Marks obtained in the Objective Type of Competitive Examination and Personal Interview (Viva-voce) or any other Mode of Selection as decided by Federal Bank.
The Federal Bank shall carry out the Selection Process will be conducted at selected Centers based on the State-wise number of applicants.
The Bank shall summon only the requisite number of candidates for the Personal Interview after requisite screening of their Online Applications for further Shortlisting.
Mode of Engagement:
The applicants declared successful in the Selection Process so conducted, will be engaged on Contractual Basis, initially for a period of 02-Years, which may be renewed based on the performance of the Officer and as per the requirement of the Bank.
